Job summary

Syensqo SA is seeking a Mining Technical Service leader to drive flotation applications and regional support across Cu, Cu/Mo, and polymetallic projects. You will collaborate with regional sales, R&I, and product teams to advance formulations and new product introductions.

Qualifications include 10+ years in mining chemicals and a degree in mining/metallurgy/chemistry. English and Spanish skills are highly preferred, with substantial travel expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in mining specialty chemicals applications, with sulfide flotation experience.
• Engineering or chemical B.S. degree in mining/metallurgy/materials/chemistry.
• Ability to influence others and drive results through teams.
• Strong English and Spanish language capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Technical Manager expectations and coordinate regional priorities.
• Support regional sales with formulations and new product development.
• Spend time at customer sites to develop key relationships.
• Coordinate internal lab work and field testing.
• Develop regional skills and training for the sales team.
• Support Global Technical Director activities.
