Bluelight is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across distributed teams. You will drive project scope, milestones, budgets, and risk management while aligning with client expectations and regulatory considerations.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, strong communication with executives, and experience coordinating nearshore US-LATAM delivery. This position is remote-friendly with flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth.

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.
• Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.

• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
