Bluelight is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple concurrent programs. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk while coordinating with clients, vendors, and distributed engineering teams.

The role requires strong communication and leadership to align stakeholders and ensure successful outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee milestone-driven delivery, and report progress to executives.

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependencies with dates, owners, and escalations.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience across multiple concurrent workstreams including budgeting and resourcing.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and status reporting.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Strong problem solving and accountability for deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
