CSI is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to manage budgets, forecasts, and spending in collaboration with Project Managers. The role involves preparing pricing proposals, configuring financial profiles for new projects, and supporting monthly reviews with variance reporting.

The candidate will update estimates to complete and ensure ERP project setup, reviewing expenditures and liaising with accounting to align invoices with budgets and timelines.

Formación

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required.
• Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and spending with PMs.
• Prepare pricing proposals and configure financial profiles for new projects.
• Contribute to monthly financial reviews and report variances to management.
• Update Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Completion to control spending.
• Ensure correct project setup in the ERP and align invoices with budgets.

What does the position involve?

You will maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and spending in collaboration with Project Managers; assist in preparing pricing proposals and configuring financial profiles for new projects or amendments; collaborate on monthly financial reviews (budget vs. actual vs. forecast) and report significant variances to management; update Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Completion to control spending and analyze deviations; ensure correct project setup in the ERP system; review project expenditures and recommend corrective actions; liaise between Accounting and PMs to align invoices with budgets and timelines; produce clear, timely reports on project financial health; and contribute to improving project controls processes and reporting accuracy.

What are the requirements?

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (must-have requirement).
• Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting projects with multiple internal and/or external stakeholders.
