Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Business & Process Excellence Manager, located in Envigado, Colombia. The role drives operational excellence by leading enterprise and functional process improvement initiatives, partnering with cross‑functional leaders to map and improve end‑to‑end processes, and embedding a culture of data‑driven decision making across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and KPIs to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage and track process improvement projects against timelines, cost, and benefit targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
• Support change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for new processes.
• Coach and mentor team members and business partners in process excellence tools and best practices.
• Ensure activities align with Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
