Johnson & Johnson / DePuy Synthes is seeking a Business & Process Excellence Manager to drive end-to-end process improvements across the organization. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and partner with regional leaders to deliver measurable benefits.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, standardization, and strong stakeholder management in a global healthcare setting, with travel up to ~20% as needed.

Formación

• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to map current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and performance metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage and track process improvement projects with timelines, cost, and benefit targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training for adoption of new processes.
• Coach and mentor team members on process excellence tools and practices.
• Ensure activities align with Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
