Job summary
FullStack is a leading AI-native engineering partner delivering production-ready AI capabilities for clients. You will join our talent network and work directly with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development as a Principal AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI & Databricks.
You will collaborate with client teams, engineers, and designers daily, designing scalable data-intensive systems, routing models, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable AI outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development and data engineering experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Four-year college degree is required.
- Designed, built, and deployed multi-stage agentic AI pipelines and intelligence workflows in production.
- Hands-on experience with model routing for reasoning quality across providers like Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
- Experience building and scaling cloud-native, data-intensive distributed systems.
- Built evaluation frameworks, ground-truth datasets, and trust/provenance scoring systems.

- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- 8+ years of professional software development and data engineering experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Has designed, built, and deployed multi-stage agentic AI pipelines and intelligence workflows in production.
- Hands-on experience executing model routing for reasoning quality across providers like Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
- Strong background in data engineering, specifically utilizing Databricks and writing complex SQL for warehouse-scale operations.
- Experience building and scaling cloud-native, data-intensive distributed systems.
- Has built evaluation frameworks, ground-truth datasets, and trust/provenance scoring systems to measure AI correctness.
- Experience architecting domain-agnostic backend systems where configuration and LLMs dictate rules, rather than hardcoded logic.
- Has acted as the primary technical authority for distributed systems, orchestration frameworks, or AI platform design.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
