Responsibilities

• Continuously improves the plant’s performance using lean concepts and processes.
• Implements production plans, tracks KPI performance, and takes corrective actions.
• Creates and executes improvement plans for overall operation.
• Ensures safety observances and promotes daily safety practices.
• Communicates goals, staff development, and performance reviews.
• Forecasts production needs and supports budget planning.
• Manages expenditures in line with budget and coordinates with other departments.
