Job summary
Tractebel in Santiago seeks a proactive Environmental Engineer to manage permitting strategies and environmental compliance for complex infrastructure projects. You will coordinate consultants, maintain compliance matrices, and monitor RCA/DIA commitments.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required along with experience with Chilean regulations. You will lead environmental plans, risk logs, waste and water management, and engage with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and sustainable
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience with Chilean environmental regulations.
- Large infrastructure project experience.
- Professional English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Maintain permit compliance matrix.
- Coordinate permitting consultants.
- Monitor RCA/DIA commitments.
- Manage environmental plans.
- Oversee waste and water management controls.
- Support EHS compliance.
- Manage environmental risk logs.
