Job summary

Rijk Zwaan in Curacaví (Santiago area) is seeking an HR Advisor to advance our people-centric culture. You will select new colleagues who fit our values, advise team leaders and managers in all HR areas, and drive HR projects across the organisation.

You bring a degree in psychology, HR or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus fluent English (C1). The role is based at our Curacaví office with a permanent contract and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, HR or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Select new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
• Advise team leaders and managers in all HR areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.
