Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, and storytelling on calls with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals across multi-location urgent care brands.

You will drive campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and lead performance reviews with clients, while maintaining a strategic voice in the agency. Remote work with US/Canada/LatAm clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
