BairesDev vanguard of software solutions seeks a Software Engineer (MongoDB) to design scalable data platforms. You will build applications on MongoDB, crafting efficient schemas and robust pipelines while optimizing performance and Atlas cloud operations.

You will shape data models, lead complex aggregations, and scale clusters with sharding. Collaborate with global teams, apply MongoDB best practices, and maintain low latency across distributed systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, DB admin, or data engineering.
• Proven expertise building applications on MongoDB with complex schemas.
• Experience developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding and cluster scaling.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas cloud management.
• High level English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement MongoDB schema models for high performance.
• Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines for data analysis.
• Manage and scale MongoDB clusters with sharding.
• Administer MongoDB Atlas environments for secure operations.
