BairesDev is hiring a Mobile AI Engineer to build AI-native Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, delivering new products from concept to production in a fast-paced, remote setup.

You will orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or CrewAI, collaborate across product requirements, and contribute to web or backend as needed—all while working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
• Product engineering mindset; able to work from a 1-pager/PRD with minimal guidance.
• Full-stack capability and ability to explore unfamiliar codebases.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android applications, working on net-new products with a product engineering mindset and minimal hand-holding. You'll go beyond AI-assisted coding into real multi-agent orchestration, working from a 1-pager or PRD through to production. This is your opportunity to shape new mobile products from the ground up, combining deep Kotlin expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source agent frameworks.
• Work self-directed from product requirements through to production delivery.
• Dive into unfamiliar codebases and contribute across web or backend when needed.
• Contribute to net-new product development across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
• Product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
