BairesDev is hiring a Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer to build AI-native Android apps and own product outcomes from idea to production. You will work in a fully remote, highly autonomous team, tackling cross-functional tasks across web and backend layers as needed.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software engineering experience, deep Kotlin expertise, and a strong English level to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI or similar).
• Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, PRD-driven work.
• Full-stack capability; comfortable with unfamiliar codebases.
• Strong Jetpack Compose experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
• Work self-directed from idea through production with minimal guidance.
• Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple new product initiatives in an autonomous team.
