BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer (Python) to design and build autonomous AI-driven systems. You will connect language models with complex workflows to enable multi-step tasks and collaboration across networks.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python programming and developing AI applications.
• Deep understanding of building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
• Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
• Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
• Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.

Agentic AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and develop intelligent software systems driven by autonomous AI agents. You will connect advanced language models with complex workflows, enabling systems to execute multi-step engineering tasks and collaborate within intelligent networks to achieve operational goals.

What You'll Do
