Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Professional Education Specialist to drive medical education initiatives across the Southern Cone, tailoring educational strategies for healthcare professionals and ensuring safe use of products.

You will develop and implement education plans, deliver hands-on training, and collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams. Travel up to 25% is required, and English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or Health-related field.
• 2 years of professional experience; at least 1 year in training or MedTech commercial roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for clinical audience programs.
• Availability to travel up to 25%.
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals in clinical settings.
• Advanced proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the education plan for franchise specialties and platforms.
• Deliver theoretical and practical education and clinical support to Healthcare Professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align education strategies with launches.
• Work with other departments to improve education plan development and implementation.
• Manage educational budgets, planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Build learning experiences for program participants and faculty.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the Johnson & Johnson Institute program.
• Oversee training environments including Innovation Rooms and Simulation Centers.
