Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Professional Education Specialist to implement and support medical education initiatives across the Southern Cone. You will develop educational strategies for healthcare professionals, ensuring safe use of products and improving surgical techniques.

You will lead training delivery, budget management, and collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align programs with product launches. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economic Sciences, Administration, or Health-related fields; postgraduate education desirable.
• 2 years of professional experience, with minimum 1 year in training or commercial representation in MedTech.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for leading activities targeting specialized clinical audiences.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the country (up to 25%).
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the education plan for all franchise specialties and platforms.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical education and clinical support to Healthcare Professionals regarding our product portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align educational strategies with franchise objectives and upcoming product launches.
• Work with other departments and centers of excellence to improve the development and implementation of the education plan.
• Build memorable learning experiences for program participants and faculty, ensuring educational goals are met.
