Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Chile looks for a Regional Commercial Operations & Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio lifecycle management across Colombia, Chile and Brazil. You will deliver data-driven insights, support product launches, and optimize inventory and processes in a regional context.

You will partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to drive strategic decisions, develop dashboards, and enable sustainable growth across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to generate insights that support strategic business decisions and profitable growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to support product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sales funnel opportunities.
• Lead and support portfolio optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce portfolio complexity, improve SKU management, and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop, implement, and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress of portfolio optimization projects and provide updates through Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support regional and local business planning.
