Senior Data Modeler at BairesDev, you will own the data modeling of an MDM implementation, collaborating with data modelers and a project manager to deliver structured, governance-driven data across the organization.

You will design and maintain models across multiple data sources using Erwin, apply insurance-domain knowledge, and create visualizations to clearly communicate data relationships to stakeholders in a 100% remote, flexible environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture.
• Deep expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Background in data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the data modeling workstream within an MDM implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models across different data sources using Erwin.
• Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Apply insurance industry knowledge to model domain-specific data accurately.
• Create data visualizations to communicate data structures and relationships to stakeholders.
