BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to serve as a technical expert for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring the platform supports complex business operations. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, delivering sophisticated integrations and reporting across the enterprise.

The role focuses on design, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of modules, building advanced calculated fields, managing security, and guiding global Workday initiatives from requirements

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, Systems Analysis, or Workday administration.
• Experience configuring Workday HCM/Financials modules.
• Experience developing complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Knowledge of Workday security models and data governance.
• Strong reporting and data transformation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of Workday HCM and Financials modules.
• Architect and deploy intricate integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
• Build advanced Calculated Fields and custom reports to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
• Oversee the Workday security model to ensure robust data governance and compliance standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for global Workday initiatives.
