The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Product Marketing team. This execution-focused role maintains systems, keeps projects on track, and ensures stakeholders stay informed.

You will manage Asana workflows, build documentation, and keep the team knowledge base clean (Guru). You’ll help with reporting, think about data trends, and surface insights from Mixpanel or Looker when useful.

Formación

• 2-4 years in a coordinator or support role, not leading strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing workflows in Asana; other tools acceptable.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US-based collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day organization in Asana, including workflow management and documentation
• Build and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides
• Maintain team knowledge base hygiene (Guru) and organize reviews and product feedback
• Monitor campaign performance and help with reporting and optimization recommendations
• Assist with product usage data and surface trends for closer inspection (Mixpanel/Looker a plus)
• Publish and update product collateral as it changes
• Other duties as assigned
