Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Market and Product Expansion Associate to develop value propositions and go-to-market plans across technical and business dimensions. You will engage Technology, Finance, Compliance and Operations to mitigate risks and capitalize opportunities.

You will design product requirements for core banking, payments and collections, build business cases, prioritize enhancements, and drive product commercialization with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting in Banking, Fintech or Tech related companies.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Science.
• Excellent knowledge of Onshore Cash Management is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Offshore Cash Management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical/problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong project management discipline.
• Strong client management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate the work of others, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple activities.
• Strong prioritization, planning, scheduling and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from both technical and business standpoint.
• Design, define and document product requirements for core banking, payments and collections.
• Develop business cases for new products or enhancements and prioritize releases.
• Manage commercialization of the product through launches with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in UAT activities and present metrics and status reports.
• As new processes and products are implemented, create marketing material and train partner areas.
• Analyze customer usage to improve usage and user-friendliness with IT and marketing teams.
• Provide support and liaise with Operations and IT when delays threaten timely delivery.
