Job summary

WSP is seeking a Regional Marketing & Brand Lead - LAC to join our Marketing & Communications team, primarily based in our Santiago, Chile office or São Paulo, Brazil. Portuguese is required for candidates based in Brazil.

This position will shape the next stage of Marketing & Communications across Latin America and the Caribbean, helping build a more strategic, commercially focused, digitally enabled and high-performing marketing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in a large multinational and matrixed organisation.
• Strong commercial mindset; experience partnering with sales leaders.
• Hands-on go-to-market and integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing, content, social media, CRM/lead generation and marketing performance.
• Ability to influence across local, regional and global teams.
• Strong digital and AI fluency; practical experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for priority markets across LAC.
• Activate Global campaigns across the region with local relevance.
• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strengthen positioning by linking global expertise to local needs.
• Partner with regional leaders and Global Marketing teams.
• Drive an integrated, digitally enabled approach across content, social, website and channels.
• Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and investments.
