Job summary

SAP Chile is seeking recent graduates for the Sales Operations - SAP Next Gen program in Santiago, Chile. This temporary role focuses on supporting sales operations processes, data entry in CRM, contract tracking, and coordination of campaigns and events as part of a global next-gen initiative.

The ideal candidate is a recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree (Business Administration preferred), 0–2 years of experience, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and an interest in starting

Qualifications

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Preferably graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships)

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions
• Monitor the sales operations process and initiatives
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
• Data entry in CRM
• Document campaign execution using the appropriate systems
• Contract tracking
• Support managers and team with ad-hoc requests
• Manage workflows and monitor items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory
• Prepare and follow up meetings and larger external events for Managers
