SAP SE is seeking recent graduates for SAP Next Gen roles in Santiago, Chile. The position offers global exposure, involvement in sales operations, and hands-on tasks across administrative duties, analytics, and events.

Location is Las Condes, Chile, with a temporary contract ranging from 6 months up to 2 years. Strong English, Excel skills, and interest in AI are valued for success in this role.

• 0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships).

What you will do

Location: Santiago, Chile

Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years

General role responsibilities are:

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions
• Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives
• Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
• Data entry in CRM
• Document all the campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly (work together with manager/expert as necessary)
• Contract tracking
• Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by manager and his/her team
• Managing workflows and monitoring items likepurchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
• Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not includinginternships)

Requirements and Competencies:

• English: Fluent (able to fluently understand and communicate verbally)
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge (including macros)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a client´s organization
• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Clear interest to develop a sales career when graduating
• Energetic and goal oriented
• Time management to arrange a weekly and monthly time schedule
• AI Skills:
  • Ability to apply generative AI tools (Claude, GPT) to streamline, automate, and scale operational tasks
  • Understand machine learning, generative AI, data ethics, and AI-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, craft strategic prompts to drive innovation, and apply best practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
  • Ability in the use of AI coding assistants as everyday development tools — and develop the judgment to know when to trust, verify, and override their output
  • Ability in using AI-driven automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
  • Staying curious — track emerging developments in AI tooling, foundation models, and enterprise software
