Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a client-facing technical professional to maintain knowledge of assigned clients, provide technical support, and act as the governance point for service delivery under SLAs.

You will translate client business requirements into technical specifications, identify revenue opportunities, document needs, and drive solutions with the client’s Relationship Manager while coordinating releases, audits, and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Typically minimum 4 years relevant exp
• Experience in analysis, programming and issue analysis of financial services software
• Master's degree preferred in IT or related field
• ITIL and/or PMP or equivalent certification would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with the client to develop technical relationships and act as go-to person for services and support
• Evaluates client requirements and guides use of standard solutions while identifying revenue opportunities
• Converts business requirements into detailed technical specifications and secures sign-off
• Supports business in presenting Global Payments solutions to generate revenue under client subscriptions
• Acts as point of contact and documents client environments
• Performs release management and coordinates with Service Desk, Compliance and Project
• Performs 24x7 first line Service Desk support and monitors SLAs
