BairesDev is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience, from discovery to shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring design decisions align with broader product strategies and a cohesive ecosystem.

You will drive the full design lifecycle, govern scalable design systems, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.
• End-to-end product design experience from discovery to shipping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and Design Operations experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the full design lifecycle from ideation to high-fidelity execution.
• Lead the evolution and governance of scalable design systems.
• Facilitate discovery phases and conduct user research to shape the roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Optimize Design Operations and workflows for team efficiency.
