Job summary

EPAM Systems in Chile seeks a Lead Frontend Developer to define how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will lead frontend work, collaborate with marketing and IT, and deliver scalable HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery solutions.

You will drive A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target, ensure quality through QA/QC, mentor teammates, and create clear technical docs for business stakeholders. Fluent English and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery with strong front-end fundamentals.
• Experience leading development teams and coordinating with marketing and IT stakeholders.
• Background with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing and personalization tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or comparable CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development efforts and mentor team members.
