EPAM Systems in Chile seeks a Lead Frontend Developer to define how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will lead frontend work, collaborate with marketing and IT, and deliver scalable HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery solutions.

You will drive A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target, ensure quality through QA/QC, mentor teammates, and create clear technical docs for business stakeholders. Fluent English and proactive communication are essential.

We're on the lookout for a Lead Frontend Developer to come aboard our team. This position is instrumental in defining how customers interact with our digital platforms through carefully engineered front-end work. You'll operate within a team-oriented setting where strong technical capability and effective communication combine to produce meaningful outcomes.
