Honeywell Technologies, a global automation company, seeks a Lead Applications/Systems Sales Engineer for the Andean and Caribbean region in Chile. The role drives direct software sales and supports regional sales teams to achieve HCI (Connected Industrials) outcomes.

You will join a matrix organization with LATAM sales support and regional business alignment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct OT sales and domain expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, and related sectors, with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience in OT.
• Domain expertise in O&G, Chemical Petrochemical, Mining and Pupl and Paper.

Responsabilidades

• Direct sales of industrial software solutions to the assigned region to drive bookings and revenue.
• Prospect within existing and new customers to grow the pipeline.
• Develop account/territory plans and provide accurate business forecasts.
• Engage with sales teams across locations and accounts in the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of industries and trends in the region.
• Build and maintain expert sales/technical knowledge of portfolio offerings.
• Provide market feedback to regional leaders and product management.
• Lead senior-level customer discussions to explore business opportunities.
• Prepare business reviews for senior management on progress and metrics.
