Qualifications

• 3+ years with major cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) using serverless or containers.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, containers, and IaC (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate high-scale conversational AI apps and virtual agents.
• Design, deploy, test, and maintain serverless webhooks, microservices, and backend APIs.
• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for agent configs and services.
• Build scalable pipelines for conversational data, telemetry, analytics, and knowledge stores.
• Apply modern practices: serverless, microservices, Jenkins CI/CD, IaC.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate interfaces with databases, CRMs, and internal systems.
• Triage issues and resolve performance bottlenecks across webhooks and integrations.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Sprint planning/Retrospectives and Agile activities.
• Collaborate with architects and SRE leads on direction, guidelines, and best practices.
• Facilitate adoption of enterprise tools for automated deployment pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and operate high-scale conversational AI applications, virtual agents, and interactive assistants.
• Design, deploy, test, and maintain serverless fulfillment webhooks, microservices, and backend APIs.
• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for building, testing, and deploying virtual agent configurations and fulfillment services.
• Build scalable pipelines for conversational data, telemetry, analytics, and knowledge store integrations (e.g., RAG patterns).
• Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code).
• Work across teams to integrate conversational interfaces with enterprise databases, CRMs, and internal systems.
• Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve performance bottlenecks across webhooks and service integrations.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within a collaborative engineering environment.
• Actively participate in Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Agile team activity.
• Collaborate with architects, SRE leads, and other technical leadership on strategic technical direction, guidelines, and best practices.
• Facilitate the adoption of enterprise tools for automated deployment pipeline delivery

What Experience You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• 2+ years experience designing, building, and deploying conversational AI solutions using enterprise platforms (e.g., IVR, Dialogflow, Genesys, Nice InContact, AWS Lex, or custom LLM frameworks).
• 3+ years experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting production code in mainstream languages (e.g., Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Java).
• 3+ years experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) using serverless computing or containerized environments.
• Experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code concepts (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience designing and consuming REST/gRPC APIs, webhooks, and middleware integration patterns.

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience in Google CCaaS platform
• AI Tooling & Generative AI: Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), agentic architectures, tool/function-calling, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Advanced DevOps: Deep expertise customizing Jenkins shared libraries, automated test integration within CI/CD pipelines, and Helm Charts.
• Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience integrating voice channels, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), or telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys).
• Deep understanding of automated testing frameworks for conversational flows, webhooks, and REST APIs.
• Self-starter that identifies and responds to priority shifts and complex architecture challenges with minimal supervision.
