Job summary

meteocontrol is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire new users across EPC, O&M and asset management in LATAM. You will identify prospects, build trust-based relationships, and advise on SaaS and monitoring/SCADA solutions for utility-scale renewable energy projects.

You will manage the complete sales cycle, from technical consulting to contract negotiations, with regular CRM updates and cross-functional collaboration for tailored energy monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in renewable energies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stages of the sales cycle.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new users in EPC, O&M and asset management in LATAM.
• Identify potential users and build trust-based relationships.
• Sell and consult on SaaS and monitoring/SCADA solutions for utility-scale projects.
• Manage full sales cycle and report progress in CRM.
• Act as trusted partner with on-site visits and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain relationships and upsell/cross-sell solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, onboard teammates, and represent the company at trade fairs.
