Job summary

Sovos is seeking an HR analyst for Spanish-speaking Latin America to partner with managers and employees, delivering HR programs and compliant people-focused support. You will advise on employee relations, drive engagement initiatives and ensure programs align with local regulations.

As the HR partner, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations and Business Partnering teams to support recruitment and internal promotions while leveraging AI tools to streamline HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid HR partner/advisor experience, preferably regional
• Fluent in Spanish and English, clear cross-cultural communication
• Strong knowledge of Latin American employment law
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships
• Experience supporting employee engagement and HR programs

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to drive engagement and strengthen regional culture
• Lead the rollout of HR programs (wellness, internships, rotations)
• Serve as first point of contact on culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies
• Conduct entrance/exit interviews and champion new policies
• Maintain knowledge of local employment law and compliant HR practices
• Collaborate with Talent Acq, Operations and Business Partnering teams
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communications and HR workflows
