Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of related work experience required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven problem solving and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Ability to work under close direction and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishment of new procedures and suggest process improvements.
• Set up and maintain project documentation files and records.
• Coordinate information and communications for assigned projects.
• Update internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summaries.
• Coordinate project team and customer meetings (Web, telecon, face-to-face) and plan requirements.
• Take and distribute minutes, notes and actions from meetings.
• Coordinate with other project support staff to consolidate processes.
• Serve as backup contact for internal project team as designated by the PM.
• Undertake project management activities as directed by the PM.
