JPMorganChase in Santiago de Chile offers the Drive the Future Program for recent graduates to begin their professional careers in a structured, full-time, in-person setting. The 6‑month base period can extend up to 18 months based on performance and business needs, with the Back Office team handling core post-trade processes.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Full-time availability to work in person in Santiago de Chile.
• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineer or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven and execution-focused with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Tracking of settlement according to the business needs.
• Generation and validation of regulatory reports to the CMF and other entities.
• Active participation in projects to improve the operations flow and adapt to industry changes.
• Implementation of innovations through tech tools oriented to users.
