JPMorganChase invites recent graduates to join the Drive the Future Program in Santiago as part of the Asset Management team, supporting sales coverage for Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. The role combines hands-on market analysis with training, AM industry exposure, and collaboration across global teams in a structured, six-to-eighteen month program.

The program requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile and offers a path to develop technical skills, client service

Formación

Recent graduate within the last 12 months of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Willingness to work full-time in person in Santiago de Chile.

Responsabilidades

Build market intelligence reports for pension funds and related areas.
Summarize macroeconomic and market views for internal stakeholders.
Prepare and assist with investment roadshows and client onboarding.
Learn to use Morningstar and Bloomberg for funds analysis and JPMAM positioning.
Collaborate with global teams across JPMorganChase to support clients in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
Demonstrate proactive, organized work style and ability to handle multiple priorities.
