Grünenthal is seeking a Global Director Oral Solids Manufacturing Technology (m/f/d) for its Santiago, Chile site. You will lead manufacturing technology, drive scale-up, process transfers and continuous improvement across the network.

You will ensure GMP compliance and regulatory alignment while fostering cross-site collaboration and training initiatives. You bring 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical operations with expertise in granulation, blending, compression, coating, and process validation.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical operations or technical manufacturing.
• Expertise across multiple dosage forms, especially oral solids.
• Strong GMP and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with technology transfers and global harmonization.

Responsabilités

• Provide deep technical expertise in granulation, blending, compression and coating.
• Lead process validation and troubleshooting across the network.
• Support technology transfers, scale-up and new product introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory alignment in all activities.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analyses for complex manufacturing issues.
