EPAM Systems is seeking an iOS Software Engineering Manager to set direction for a Swift-based iOS platform. You will lead architecture, delivery, and release practices across native iOS apps while partnering with product, design, backend, and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities include defining technical vision, enforcing standards, driving the roadmap, and mentoring engineers. Strong English and leadership are essential for cross-functional collaboration and delivering high-quality mobile

Formación

• 7+ years of native iOS app development.
• 2+ years of leadership driving teams and initiatives.
• Expert-level Swift and iOS SDK/tools (Xcode, Instruments).
• Proficient in modern iOS patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine, Swift Concurrency).
• Strong SwiftUI (preferred) and UIKit skills.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines for iOS and App Store lifecycle.
• Advanced Git and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in hiring and mentoring is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve technical vision and architecture for iOS apps.
• Enforce coding standards and architectural patterns.
• Plan and drive the iOS technical roadmap balancing debt and innovation.
• Collaborate with product/design/backend and leadership.
• Design resilient backend integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• Maintain high quality with code reviews and clean code.
• Implement testing strategies (unit/UI with XCTest).
• Own end-to-end release lifecycle including App Store submissions.
• Lead and mentor iOS engineers across levels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps.
