Applaudo is seeking an experienced iOS Developer passionate about building high-quality mobile apps. You will work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver scalable solutions, focusing on performance and security.

The role emphasizes collaborating with US-based clients, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/CE or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an iOS Developer.
• Proficient with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, design patterns, and mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coordinators).
• Experience refactoring for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks in a decoupled way.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile apps.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced env.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for US-based client collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and industry best practices.
• Design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-value features efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as an iOS Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and mobile architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Coordinators.
• Experience refactoring code to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks in a decoupled and maintainable way.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and related tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile applications is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to suggest improvements, share knowledge, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Advanced English proficiency required to collaborate directly with US-based clients.
