EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Android Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize native Android apps using a Kotlin-based stack. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable mobile experiences.

You will guide engineers through reviews, drive architectural decisions (MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture), and ensure high-quality, scalable code across the Android platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of native Android development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design native Android application architecture and technical direction.
• Build and maintain high-performance Android features using Kotlin.
• Lead code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable, testable code standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive UI aligned with Material Design.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend microservices via RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Implement unit and UI tests and drive quality improvements.
• Profile and optimize performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Coordinate release preparation and publishing updates to the Google Play Store.
