EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to drive high-quality user interfaces across our product suite. You will lead a skilled engineering team, shape architecture, and collaborate with clients to deliver robust Angular-based solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of frontend experience, strong Angular and TypeScript skills, and a track record of mentoring developers. This role offers international projects and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong Angular expertise including Angular 17+ and Angular Material.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex UI components.
• Proficient in unit testing with Jasmine and Karma.
• Hands-on with Git and collaborative software development.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and translate them into detailed plans with acceptance criteria.
• Review code to prevent issues and reduce duplication.
• Create flexible, scalable UI components and features.
• Improve performance and resource usage of front-end solutions.
• Lead teammates with robust, reusable approaches.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Present completed work to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide estimates for upcoming tasks and initiatives.
• Break large tasks into manageable parts.
• Adapt quickly when shifting contexts.
