Ferrovial in Chile seeks an Electrical Engineer to support Project Management by handling documentation, tracking contracts, permits, budgets, and project progress, ensuring traceability and timely reports for decision making. You will coordinate with contractors, advisors, authorities, and internal teams; visit sites to verify progress and gather information.

At least 1 year of relevant experience and an engineering degree are required.

Formación

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience.

• Manage and keep project documentation up to date.
• Prepare progress reports, indicators, and executive presentations.
• Track schedules, commitments and deliverables.
• Monitor contract expirations, permits, bonds, and insurance.
• Support budgeting by tracking purchase orders, payments and invoices.
• Consolidate information for audits.
• Coordinate with contractors, advisors, authorities and internal teams.
• Perform on-site visits to verify progress and gather information.

Sobre el Puesto

Brindar soporte integral a la Gerencia de Proyectos mediante la gestión documental, el seguimiento de contratos, permisos, presupuestos y avances de proyectos, asegurando la trazabilidad de la información, el cumplimiento de hitos críticos y la disponibilidad de reportes oportunos para la toma de decisiones.

Funciones principales

• Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación de proyectos.
• Elaborar reportes de avance, indicadores y presentaciones ejecutivas.
• Realizar seguimiento de cronogramas, compromisos y entregables de proyectos.
• Supervisar vencimientos de contratos, permisos, boletas de garantía y seguros.
• Apoyar el control presupuestario mediante el seguimiento de órdenes de compra, estados de pago y facturas.
• Consolidar información para auditorías internas y externas.
• Coordinar información con contratistas, asesores, autoridades y distintas áreas de la compañía.
• Participar en visitas a terreno para verificar avances y recopilar información relevante de los proyectos.

Requisitos

• Título de Ingeniería Eléctrica o similar.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia.
