Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site execution of civil works, ensuring safety, quality, timelines and costs.
• Oversee earthworks, formwork, concreting, structural finishes, coordinating crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily work fronts, verify plans, technical specs and procedures.
• Control reinforcement, formwork, concreting, compaction and structural finishes.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, subcontractors and interfaces with other specialties.
• Report deviations, risks and resource needs to the site management.

Job Description:

Supervisor/a de Obras Civiles

Responsable de liderar y controlar en terreno la ejecución de obras civiles, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, plazos y costos . Supervisa partidas de movimiento de tierra, excavaciones, rellenos, hormigón armado, estructuras y terminaciones, coordinando cuadrillas, subcontratos y distintas especialidades.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

• Supervisar diariamente los frentes de trabajo y verificar el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas y procedimientos constructivos.
• Controlar procesos de enfierradura, moldajes, hormigonado, compactación y terminaciones estructurales.
• Coordinar recursos, equipos, subcontratos e interfaces con otras especialidades.
• Verificar estándares de seguridad y calidad, incluyendo registros QA/QC y cierre de no conformidades.
• Controlar avances físicos, productividad, cubicaciones y restricciones.
• Reportar desviaciones, riesgos y necesidades de recursos a la jefatura de obra.

Requisitos principales:

formación profesional o técnica en Construcción Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción, Obras Civiles o carrera afín; experiencia en supervisión de obras civiles, idealmente en proyectos de infraestructura de alta complejidad; manejo de Excel, Word, PowerPoint y AutoCAD; capacidad para interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas; liderazgo en terreno, comunicación efectiva y orientación a la seguridad y calidad.
