Job summary

WSQ is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to convert inquiries into enrolled students in the Santiago region. You will focus on scheduled video consultations, understand learners’ goals, and guide them through the programme and pricing options.

You’ll work with a senior, fast-moving team and be coached weekly. A robust home setup and reliable internet are required as is fluent English and strong selling instincts for US/Canada markets.

Qualifications

• At least two years selling to customers in the US or Canada.
• Proven ability to run conversations, handle objections on price and timing, and close deals.
• Fluent natural English with clear communication.
• Professional video setup and reliable broadband are required.
• Disciplined CRM habits—every conversation logged and up-to-date opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled video consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.
• Understand each person’s goals and provide a straight path to how we can help.
• Walk candidates through curriculum, outcomes, and programme requirements.
• Present pricing and payment options with confidence.
• Handle objections—cost, timing, family, self-doubt—without pressure or discounting.
• Maintain momentum with open opportunities until a decision is made.
• Keep all conversations current in the CRM.
