Phoenix Tower International seeks a Junior Counsel to provide legal support across PTI areas, including operations, M&A, commercial, finance, and lease administration. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, due diligence, and coordinating with external lawyers in a hybrid Chilean office.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, Spanish and English fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Must hold a law degree and be a licensed lawyer.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Draw up agreements (usufruct, lease, purchase) with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate with external lawyers to safeguard PTI interests.
• Prepare trackers and requested reports.
• Maintain the legal files of the company.
• Carry out due diligence on projects.
• Perform notarial and registry procedures.
• Represent the company before counterparts, local lawyers and clients.
• Execute other duties as required as Attorney to the company.
