Glencore is seeking an HR IT Solutions Expert – Time Tracking to lead SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off projects. You will collaborate with HR, site operations, payroll, and IT across multiple countries to deliver effective HR IT solutions and ensure accurate payroll data flow.

The role requires advanced English, strong time-management knowledge, and a track record in implementing SAP time solutions with a focus on compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Civil Eng or similar.
• At least 5 years in multicultural teams delivering SAP/SuccessFactors Time solutions.
• Subject matter expert in time processes: time recording, absences, rosters, overtime and premiums.
• Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off, incl. time valuation rules.
• Hands-on experience replicating time data into payroll (SAP EC Payroll / SAP HCM).
• Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors implementation or global service delivery.
• IT interfaces and architecture, incl. SAP BTP / CPI integrations.
• SAP or SuccessFactors authorizations and reporting for time and attendance.
• Excellent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off across time recording, absences, rosters, overtime, premiums, and valuation.
• Partner with HR Business, site operations, payroll, and IT to translate requirements into HR IT solutions.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Time solutions, ensuring local labour regulation compliance.
• Ensure accurate integration of time data into SAP Payroll, including Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM.
• Lead analysis and resolution of complex system issues, incidents, and defects.
• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects from requirements to hypercare.
• Support integrations, reporting, security/authorizations, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training, documentation, and change management to drive adoption.

Purpose and objective

The HR IT Solutions Expert – Time Tracking brings HR time management process knowledge with proficiency and experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off and their integration into payroll. The person will work closely with HR Business and site operations, delivering changes, training and system fixes.

Successful candidate must be customer oriented, and business driven to respond to requirements from Glencore HR business across multiple countries, shift patterns and labour regulations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience of at least 5 years in a multicultural team delivering SAP and SuccessFactors Time solutions
• Subject matter expertise in time processes: time recording, absences, rosters, overtime and premiums
• Expert level knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off, incl. time valuation rules
• Hands-on experience replicating time data into payroll (SAP EC Payroll or SAP HCM)
• Participate in SAP and SuccessFactors implementation projects or global service delivery
• IT interfaces and IT solutions architecture understanding, incl. SAP BTP / CPI integrations
• SAP or SuccessFactors authorizations knowledge
• Reports design and build for time and attendance data
• Communication and change management for HR IT solutions
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Fluent in French as a plus

Key responsibilities of the role

• Partner with HR Business, site operations, payroll, and IT teams across multiple countries to translate business requirements into effective HR IT solutions.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support SuccessFactors Time solutions, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and business requirements.
• Ensure accurate integration and replication of time data into SAP Payroll, including Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex system issues, incidents, and defects, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Support integrations, reporting, security/authorizations, and continuous improvement of HR time management solutions.
• Provide training, documentation, and change management support, ensuring strong user adoption and effective communication with stakeholders.
