Hazelnut Company Chile seeks a Supply Chain Development Lead to define and deploy the local Supply Chain strategy, driving excellence across the network. You will coordinate with regional and group teams to translate priorities into action and ensure value creation.

You will manage the Master Plan, lead the FOX program initiatives, governance of the project portfolio, and sustainability actions aligned with the group's ESG agenda. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement or Project Management in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical, planning and project management skills; cross-functional and matrix environment experience.
• Proactive, structured, results-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; experience with CAPEX and international context.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the local Supply Chain Master Plan translating priorities into a 3-year roadmap with objectives, KPIs and CAPEX initiatives.
• Act as local focal point for FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence Program), driving continuous improvement and standardized ways of working.
• Lead the local Supply Chain Project Portfolio ensuring governance and successful delivery of strategic initiatives with local and Group stakeholders.
• Drive Sustainability initiatives and coordinate ESG-aligned projects within the Group.

Hazelnut Company Chile - Supply Chain Development Lead

About the Role:

For our Supply Chain organization in Hazelnut Company Chile, we are looking for a Supply Chain Development Lead to support the definition and deployment of the local Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and driving operational excellence across the entire Supply Chain network.

The role will act as a key enabler of strategic planning, performance management, continuous improvement, sustainability, and project governance, working closely with central and local Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of priorities and long-term value creation.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll support the definition and deployment of the local Supply Chain Master Plan, translating strategic priorities into a three-year roadmap with clear objectives, KPIs, and CAPEX initiatives while ensuring alignment with Group Operations priorities.
You will act as the local Supply Chain focal point for FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence Program), driving continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating performance management activities, and promoting standardized ways of working across the Supply Chain organization.

You will lead the local Supply Chain Project Portfolio, ensuring effective governance, consistent project management practices, and successful execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with local and Group stakeholders.

As the local focal point for Supply Chain Sustainability, you will drive sustainability initiatives, support environmental reporting, promote a sustainability culture, and coordinate projects aligned with the Group ESG agenda

About You:

You hold a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 5+ YEARS experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles within complex organizations.
You bring strong analytical, planning, and project management skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments. Experience in performance management, continuous improvement methodologies, and strategic project coordination is highly valued.

You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Your ability to connect strategy with execution and drive alignment across teams will be key to success in this role.

You have practical experience carrying out projects that involve CAPEX management and involving stakeholders in an international context.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as the role operates extensively across regional and local Supply Chain organizations.
