Job summary

Beratung seeks a financially savvy Business Performance Manager to join the RTN team, based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw. You will lead the business performance framework, coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and finance processes, and drive data-backed decisions across regions.

You will work with global leadership and finance partners to roll out robust financial models and analytical capabilities, enabling strategic transformation and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience in FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data to identify trends.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with global finance partners.
• Develop analyses, KPI dashboards and data-backed insights for leadership.
