Beratung seeks a seasoned Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s financial framework from the Warsaw GBS Center. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics, coordinating with global finance and regional operations to drive data-driven decisions.

You will manage a team of financial coordinators and partner with leadership to ensure accurate monthly closings and revenue recognition across geographies.

Qualificações

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting process and financial forecasting.
• Experience in FP&A and financial processes (AP/AR, revenue recognition).

Responsabilidades

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with dashboards and pricing insights.
