Beratung is seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s financial performance and budgeting initiatives. The role involves coordinating with global leadership and finance partners to drive data-backed decisions and a transformation program.

You will manage monthly and annual accounting, forecasting, and budgeting, with a focus on building analytical capabilities and KPI dashboards to support RTN leadership across geographies.

Formación

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data.

Responsabilidades

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with dashboards and data-driven insights.
